Reflexiones en torno al contexto organizacional y fiscal de los emprendimientos sociales en México

Resumen

El objetivo de este artículo consiste en reflexionar desde
el ámbito organizacional y fiscal el contexto de operación
en que los emprendedores sociales están ejecutando modelos de negocio híbridos, para visibilizar si en realidad se
trata de una buena práctica estratégica o bien, es un efecto
forzado ante la causa de un marco legal fiscal que necesita
replantearse o generar incentivos para emprendimientos y
empresas sociales. La informacion con la que es configurado
este aporte es resultado de la etapa incial del proceso
de estudio de la literatura en emprendimiento social efectuado durante primer semestre del doctorado en Ciencias de la Administración de la unam, cuya búsqueda fue delimitada a dos servicios de información científica: Web of Science y Scopus, con lo cual se realizó la exploración y análisis de 54 elementos, encontrando entre otras reflexiones importantes para el objeto de estudio ésta, desde las aristas
organizacional y fiscal.
